“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……

“The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings and bug windows. A very nice bathroom. The check in process was easy the staff were friendly. Only criticism was the lack of coffee in the room. There is a small cafe attached to the hotel where you can purchase coffee but would have preferred it in the room. ”
