“Small, friendly, helpful & clean. Room very comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. Only comment was that there was no long mirror in the room. The one in the assessable room was in the toilet/shower room & therefore became less assessable when the toilet was in use plus became very steamed up & unable to be used. Such a small thing so not a problem & we would definitely use this hotel again. Dinner was very nice as was breakfast with plenty of choice. Loved the little bar……

“Avril was a lovely host, very chatty and friendly and knew a lot about the area and it's history. We were attending a wedding at the Seamill Hydro which is only a couple of houses along from the B&B, super handy! Our room was clean and comfortable. “Stayed with grandchildren in a great room. Staff extremely knowledgeable and accomodating. I did not like the breakfast dining experience. No back ground music the food was not great and you coukd hear a pin drop. No one talking at tables it felt awkward. Otherwise a great stay. I will stay again it was very pricey but location is why ”
