“large and quiet room inside Tuscany~ we had a ground floor studio with living room and kitchen. we love it because we dun wanna move the luggage up and down the stairs and we can cook a bit. “Our family of 4 were welcomed with a warm smile and lots of attentiveness from Giulia. We stayed in a cozy 2 bdr farmhouse apt equipped to cook in. We arrived by train to the station at Montelupo. Giulia recommended a few taxi drivers for us and the ones we had were so friendly. I would recommend renting a vehicle to drive to/from the property as taxi rides can be quite expensive. Giulia was fun and very knowledgeable. Always available to answer our questions and really strived to make sure……

“The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

“Friendly staff. But the apartment was full of black mold in shower/bathroom. Floors were dusty and full of hair, bed sheets had stains of dried blood. Location was good though ”
