“Very nice and very clean”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Observation 1: Upon arrival at approx 0730 exterior lighting for signage was NOT on. Impact: Missed exit and had to return at next exit. Observation 2: Deposit for "incidentals", no explanation by staff what it is for, or when return anticipated if no charges. ”

“The only complaint we have is they said breakfast would be served until 9:30! We got down there before 9:00 and they were already putting things away! Other people came down a few minutes after us and didn't even get to eat! We felt like we were really rushed! We were even asked at 9:15 if we wanted anymore coffee because they were putting it up too!!!”
