“this is my first time to stay with Extended Stay America. there is no breakfast,no coffe maker if you don't ask for the frontdesk. if i have choice, i will not stay with this hotel again.”

“The transportation around the hotel is not very convenient, and the dining options are limited. The hotel is relatively old.”

“Two telephones in the room are both out of use. We lost the connection with the front desk. Self parking is almost impossible. Valet parking is too expensive $60 per day. The answers of same question from two stuff are deferent. I do not know how to do. 😓”

“The interior design is elegant. There are plenty choices for restaurants around the hotel. The view is pretty nice around the hotel too.”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“Overall a nice hotel and easy to commute to, just disappointed by the pool, it is not kid friendly for younger children, there was only a small portion that we could utilize as it then dropped off to 5 and then 6 feet deep and had to try and keep our kids from going past the small area that they couldn’t even really move around in. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and rooms were a decent size.”
