“Inexpensive no frills Oxford accommodation. Manager very responsive and accommodating. Good location with frequent buses to centre of Oxford (though easy for most to walk) and direct buses to train station. Clean rooms, kettle with tea and coffee. Good shower. No regrets. “Laura and Graham were absolutely wonderful and most helpful. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had; everything was so fresh and of top quality. The property itself is absolutely stunning; we were easily able to walk in to the main city centre along the scenic river route. The welcome guide in the room gave some fantastic recommendations of what to do in the area and we only wish we’d stayed for more than one night, so we could check them all out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay……

“I had a wonderful stay at the Mad Hatter! It was a convenient walk to shops, the Christ Church Meadow, restaurants, etc. The eccentric decorations on the property were adorable. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. Pro Tip: make sure you do the virtual check-in before you are too jetlagged to understand the instructions! I made the mistake of not handling the check-in until the last minute and I was so tired and confused that I had trouble with understanding the email and completing……

“Nice place, good staffs and have parking facilities. However, too much doors in between the corridors (maybe for fire safety reason), have to pass through more than 10 doors from check-in to my room. ”
