“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“Had a superb extended Weekend stay at the Grands Boulevard Experimental, despite some small nuances that were, more or less resolved quickly. Rooms, albeit the standard ones are small, but that's a given in Paris for standard hotel rooms, are clean & well designed. Beds are comfortable and big enough. Bathrooms are clean as well. Breakfast buffet was in my opinion phenomenal. Not the biggest selection but clearly the motto is quality over quantity which I really appreciated. Even offered fresh……

“Location is good, nice rooms and good modern design and decor. Tasty and good quality breakfast and good restaurant bar. Best is the staff, both reception and house keeping are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the little shaking sound, I believe may be from the metro. Overall a wonderful experience.”

“Great location, few minutes by walk to The Lourve and easy to get to most of the main attraction. Hotel staff was nice especially the staff who serve the breakfast was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with some toiletries that not usually offer in other hotel. We had a great experience in this hotel and highly recommend to stay when travelling Paris. ”

“Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. ”
