“You walk in and get welcomed in the most stunning lobby I have ever seen! All customer staff are polite and welcoming, Sign in process is quick and you immediately have a refreshment as you are signing in. Room was clean and immaculate with a wonderful view ( was on 3rd floor) to the ocean. Grounds were clean at all times and even the beach was cleaned regularly of seaweed brought in by the oceans. All bars were relatively quick at getting you your orders. The food.... no words can describe it,……

“The service was second to none. Although I’ve seen negative reviews about the meals, we really enjoyed them. The beach was awesome! The pool always had activities going on and a fun environment. As other reviews indicate, the rooms are dated and require some tender loving care but we were not there for the room. The grounds were kept very clean and well maintained: thw whole process for booking an a a la cartes was a bit ridiculous as they had theme nights at the buffet for the same meals.having……

“I really liked the layout of the resort. Walking on the boardwalks through the jungle to the pool was a beautiful journey to take every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!”
