“Very clean. I choose to stay here everytime we are going to 30a for work or just a dhort trip to the beach. The hotel is really nice, the stores, restaurants coffee shop, and bars are great! I highly recommended this hotel”

“Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay, the weather was on and off so we had stayed in the room and it was very comfy, comes with kitchen and kitchenware and all other bells and whistles. Bed was super comfy as well. Beach access is available via the Beach club and the pool is also amazing! Perfect stay for couples and families! Worth the every dollar! The staff were very hospitable as well!”

“We had a great week at the Effie. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was so good! The staff from reception to bar were all really friendly and helpful, and were responsive to any issues we had. The only issues we had were that the drain in our shower smelled during use for the first few days, until it was resolved. The toilet paper in our room was not replenished when our room was serviced several times, but again this was resolved……

“The property offered ample space and looked exactly like the pictures online! We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry……

“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

“I never leave reviews but this place is amazing! Service, rooms, food, amenities (heated pool, lazy river, slide, playground) are top notch. You won’t be disappointed, we will definitely come back next year! ”

“Location was great, close to some amazing restaurants and the beach. When we first arrived, check-in was easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and I instantly noticed the floor wasn’t vacuumed well. There was a pen, dirt, some hair on the floor and the bed linens didn’t feel as though they were clean. We accepted it, as this was a cheaper hotel and didn’t expect a 5 star stay. However, the bathroom ceiling had what looked to be mold above the tub……

“I enjoyed my stay . The area was very convenient to pretty much every location I went to. The room was clean, hotel was clean. Soon as I walked in it smelled good, as well as the floor I was on that was huge plus for me. I would have gave 5 stars only issue was I noticed a stain on the inside corner of the bathroom sink that freaked me out. ”
