“The only thing I can say is, it’s very hard to get the soap out of those pushy things and the shampoo smells like butt, but there the shampoo but other than that, it was a lovely stay. We had a wonderful time. Everybody was lovely.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! The property is family-owned, and you can truly feel the warmth and care they put into every detail. Each morning you get to choose your breakfast, which is cooked fresh by the husband—it was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spotless, the sheets were incredibly soft, and the check-in process was simple and contactless. The family was very kind and easy to reach if needed, and parking was straightforward. “Clean, quiet, and comfortable respite from the bustle of the city. The property is well-stocked and welcoming. We had our own private outdoors area with a nice hot tub and seating area. Our family enjoyed our time at The Barnhouse. It was within driving distance to our various activities near the Portland coastal region.”

“Beautiful location; very well maintained; futon was perfect for out six year old; main bed was squishy but once you settled in it was really comfortable; wish the kitchen was a little larger and had a better sit down area, but for a cottage was just fine; shower was hot, strong and bathroom was in great shape; plenty of towels and linens; parking was a little tight, but candidly, have a large truck so don't go by me :-)”
