“The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have……

“This newer hotel is nestled in a revitalized part of town, and it really impressed me. The harbor view from my room was absolutely stunning—waking up to that sight each morning felt like a treat. “Nikki, at the front desk, was cheerful, accommodating, and efficient. The facility was clean, modern, inviting. Breakfast options were limited to cereals, fruits, and breads, but adequate. (No hot foods). The only "negative" was the AC in our room was VERY loud...hard to hear the TV and somewhat disturbing for sleeping.”
