“Great one night stay after attending a wedding in the area. Well appointed room, in adjoining stable block, with bottled water, comfy bed and great shower. Lovely breakfast. We were also given a courtesy call on the day to check we were still coming as we were at the wedding. Highly recommend.”

“Had a fabulous stay here. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Gunwharf and right next to Southsea town. It gets very hot in the front room. Could not turn off the heating. Managed to reduce the heat in the bedrooms. Will definitely use again. ”

“Superb experience from start to finish. Lizzie was in touch before the stay to check all was ok, then met me in the next village and gave me a lift to the B&B after a long walking day. “Such a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the pier and arcades, 15 minutes or so to both shopping centres ( Gunwharf/cascades ) with the theatre being even closer if that is included in your poa for your time away! Lovely clean rooms, quite a personal experience with only me and my wife with the owner at breakfast but we liked it that way. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon! Also lovely bar and atmosphere for drinks in the evening.”

“It is an Bed and Breakfast in a country side home. The host were very kind and hospitable. It felt like being a guest in your grandma's house. They accomodated our schedule with no complaints.”

“Stayed here one night as I was attending a wedding down the road at Farbridge. The property, room and facilities were all lovely. Comfy bed, nice fluffy towels and the room had everything you could need. Plenty of parking and nice garden. The staff were welcoming, including Ruby the dog, and the breakfast was amazing! And very nice to have my gluten intolerance accommodated for at breakfast too. My only slight negative is the price but it was perfect location and only a 20 min walk to the venue……
