“My stay was WAY better than expected. Staff is super friendly and helpful! My room was clean and had everything I needed... a fridge, tv, AC, fan, hot water and comfy bed. They have breakfast available and it was delicious 😋 the owner, Bladimir intorduced himself and you can see he takes pride in keeping the hotel nice and welcoming to all. I had a great time in the pool! Overall, its a great value and I will definitely come back!! Thank you all for your great treatment!!”

“This resort is a 10/10 in every way. Service is excellent any beyond expectation whether it be in the many restaurants, room, by the pool, beach, etc. The restaurants are top notch in food quality, preparation, selection, ambiance, service. The pool which was expansive throughout the property, was nice and warm, had beautiful ambiance, views, chairs, service. The beach, Junillo, was beautiful. Rooms were nice, clean, comfortable bed, quiet, with a large beautiful shower. I've traveled to many……

“We loved Ninja and Crhistian at the pool! They were very helpful and kind to us our whole trip. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food was amazing for an all inclusive. We had issues with our AC and they helped us right away. The servers were very attentive, and we were shocked that they remembered our names. It was a 10/10 i and I would recommend this resort to my family and friends.”

“I had a fantastic stay at Zel Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including a steakhouse, a sushi/teppanyaki restaurant, a Mexican spot, and the beach club. The food was generally good, though after a week, the options felt a bit limited. The hotel did a great job accommodating my food allergies, which was a huge plus. One of the highlights was the coffee station at reception.……
