“Overall this was a good resort with good beach (lots of sea weeds in the afternoon but constant cleaning), amazing pools, great restaurants and fantastic entertainments. However few things were disappointing. They were serving very regular drinks, not just not premium but very basic drinks. They were usually out of something, being mints, liquor for specific cocktail etc. Also, staff were treating us very normal, several unanswered questions. Cleanness could have been a bit better and property……

“I absolutely loved all the Dreams resorts I went to. From the actual resort, to the staff , food and so much more. Absolutely amazing. Like every-time I go, I book a swim out room. But this time I was a little disappointed. We’ve had sharped swim out rooms before and they’re nice. But this pool was so small. Didn’t look anything like the pictures I saw online. Not only was the pool so small, right behind it were 2 main pools. And a gift shop !! I couldn’t do it and had to pay almost a thousand……

“They have great nightly shows & the resort staff are very fun and friendly especially Chocolate! Very welcoming and they love to dance! Our AC in our room was not working & our room was up to 83° when we told them, they said it was a general problem- that it would be fixed, but it was never fixed. Food options weren’t the best, and you need to make reservations for everything but the buffet. But, we stayed Thursday thru Tuesday and majority of the restaurants were closed. We still had a great……
