“I don’t even know where to start. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely A1. I surprised my husband with a trip to Cap Cana for his birthday, and from the moment we arrived we were treated so graciously. During our check in process we were served very refreshing coconut water as well as some margaritas to kick off the weekend. Check in was quick and we were escorted to our room. “We just returned from a 5 day trip (two adults, two kids). Good spot for a getaway, pool and beach were very nice and food and drinks were very accessible. Food was above average for an all-inclusive type place. Very key that the couch beds are not cheap springs but rather foam so they happen to be quite comfortable. We did the Blind Butcher experience one night, was worth the experience, lots of food. One downside was the "reserve a chair by the pool" race.. full on here so if you wanted……
