It had a properly working A/C. There was espresso coffee and nespresso machine for me to have my coffee in the morning. It was closed to restaurants and a market. The windows had shade. I felt comfortable and was able to watchTV without a hassle. The WiFi was fast. They even provided earplugs which they were……

“Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio ”
