“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“Beautiful grounds. The staff were super friendly. Enjoyed our breakfast at the grill. The apartment itself could use some upgrading.”

“Nice place overall for the price. Bathroom was a little small and the beds were not as comfortable as I would like but the AC was very cold and the TV size was a plus for the room I was in !”

“The customer service was outstanding. Our loyalty ambassador gave us an upgrade snd sent champagne and chocolate cover strawberries, once she found out it eas our 24th anniversary. Thank you Lee Anna. The hotel was clean in every single area and the bed and pillows were so comfortable.”

“I took both of my teenage sons to Great Wolf Lodge for the first time for my son’s 16th birthday. The lady at check in was very nice and also gave my son a free birthday poster. We played in the water park before getting our room. The whole atmosphere is very nice and so is the staff. The rooms are nice and spacious too. My son loved the ice cream he got it both nights we were there. Overall a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge and we will be back!!”
