“This is an old style motel that has been recently renovated. For those looking at a high end hotel like Hilton or Marriott, this isn't it. That said, for under $100, you get a clean room with a comfortable bed with multiple places to eat close by, including a restaurant/bar right next door. The room was small, but enough space for two and it had a small fridge and a microwave. Included in the price was a good breakfast spread near the lobby with bisquits, bagels, muffins, donuts, a waffle maker,……

“We booked this property to give a farewell to a friend and family and spend some fun time together. The house is beautiful and the location cannot be more perfect, being right on the lake with a deck to enjoy the serenity of the views. It snowed the day we arrived and that multiplied to the charm (even though it meant we could spend less time outdoors). Amenities are thoughtfully provided. The only negatives, minor in nature, were that some furniture/beds were in worn out condition and at risk……

“Here for the week of Thanksgiving. Property just as pictured, communication with owner was perfect. Everything you need for cooking your on meals is stocked in the kitchen. We used the Blackstone on the deck often. Ate dinner at the Waterside a couple nights the food there is excellent. Sat on the dock watched the sun sets. Would book again.”
