“Excellent place to stay near all that the capital has to offer. Very easy to walk to most places. We walked back after the July 4th fireworks from the wharf with the kids who are 11 and 12. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the union station as well as 10 to the capital building area. Uber was helpful and easy to get in this area as well. Highly recommend this property. ”

The location was perfect for evening walks with our dog. We LOVED the dog friendly neighborhood! There is a bus stop right across the street and neighbors were friendly. “Pictures make this place look much better than reality. The bathroom was well-below standards. Only one glass door that covers 1/2 the shower; the other half has a shower curtain. The tub floor was not clean, the faucet wasn't even attached to the wall and the wall board looked mold-riden. We had bugs in the shower both mornings. Owners need to focus on finishings. Many gaps along the ceiling, paint sloppily applied, floor boards have gaps, doors don't close, rugs with rolled up edges which……

“Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid.”
