“The property is ideally situated for the city centre. Very clean and tidy, easy checking in process on the morning of check in you are sent a message with the codes to get into the property and for the key safe of your room. Would stay here again. ”

“The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. There are three electrical sockets in front of the desk. I can charge my phone and laptop at the same time. However, there is still room for improvement. The room is not clean. There was rubbish……

“After I accidentally left the hotel key in my room, I was locked out when I arrived back after 11pm. Fortunately there was a number on door, and after calling I was back in the room within a few minutes without any hassle. It was much appreciated. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed 1 night trip with our puppy and had a really lovely stay. We booked a large room as I wanted to make sure there was enough space for her crate and it was the first time we had taken her away over night. The room was more than. Big enough for us and our puppy, we would definitely stay again but probably go the room a size down next time.
