“good and quiet place for relax”

“Lovely clean room, satnav found location but there were shrubs over the brown sign so it took us a little while to find the accommodation. Key lock Box worked well giving us flexibility for check in.”

“The shower area was great. The room was comfortable. All nicely done. The area it was in is up and coming. There is no elevator, so if you are in rooms 5,6,7 or 8 plan on going up 2 and 3 flights of stairs. Parking is close by.”

“Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is……

“Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed.”

“My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.”
