“No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . Terminamos Pagando 2 habitaciones privadas en un hotel , donde nos recibieron y nos trataron excelente. Maby next time ”

“I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very quiet and safe at the resort. There are under ground parking garages. Beautiful views of the jungle. I loved the rooftop pool the most. The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and lost power temporarily. The roads to drive up to the property aren’t finished so it’s a very bumpy road but I’m sure that’ll be resolved soon as they finish building. Overall, I highly recommend this property! 10 minutes from restaurants/bars/beach & city.……

“Me and my two Teenager daughters felt very save and at home at Lumina. The spacious Apartment has everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped (inclusive. blender for Smoothie making) and the beds are comfortable. We loved the option to eat on the large balcony or the rooftop deck with cool off pool! The property and amenities are beautiful, quiet and never crowded. We used the fully equipped new gym Equipment and pool as well as the Pickel Ball courts. We rented bicycles for the week……

“Clean and comfortable with a great little porch with chairs , comfy king bed and a 4 chair kitchen table. We had a small issue with the TV remote that was quickly resolved. Great relaxing pool area with newer lounge chairs. Almost all condos overlook the pool. Check in hostess and PM Alexandria was terrific and even helped us with a Lavanderia and golf cart rental. ”

“El departamento muy cómodo. La zona donde está ubicado muy central, todo a la mano (restaurantes, farmacia, tienda conveniencia) Dos habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada. No apto para personas con dificultad de escaleras porque tiene muchas. La amenidad del jacuzzi privado limitado. La alberca del complejo pequeña y no bien cuidada. ”

“I felt protected at the property knowing the guard standing outside was armed. Then the extra security of having to be buzzed in the property with the hotels band, made me not worry that much! The hotel gave a woodsy feel, it was gorgeous and elegant however the pool outside my room was NEVER cleaned of leaves and accumulated more each day. Even with the main pool, we had to ask 2x for someone to come clean it! There was a day (after a storm) both the electricity and water gave out and there……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
