“Second time here, great resort. Quiet, beautiful premises, amazing beach, pool is awesome. Food can definitely be improved. Even though we upgraded to privileged, the food options were still not great. I wouldn’t upgrade anymore, so for the price it’s worth it. ”

“The Beach Hotel is an adult-only private resort. The service provided by both the hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. The crew worked hard every morning to clear the sand of seaweed. Our private dip pool, patio, and beach lounge were clean and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a more tranquil place.”

“Abbiamo passato una splendida ma breve vacanza in questo Boutique Hotel. La struttura si trova all'interno del Parque del Jaguar, un'oasi protetta e sicura. Il personale è super cordiale e disponibile. Il ristorante è spettacolare con una fantastica vista mare dove abbiamo fatto colazioni all'alba e aperitivi al tramonto. “Our stay here was wonderful. The food was so good. The service was amazing, especially Paula and Isabel. They answered our many questions, took care to make sure we had food when we were out early in the morning and gave us great reccomendations. This place is so beautiful.I would highly recommend it”

“Heaven on earth! The resort is surreal. If you're looking to isolate yourself in nature and be hosted by some of the kindest people in the world. Look no further. The pictures give you an idea, but this is a must see in person. Recommended to rent a vehicle if you have a family or a lot of luggage. If you're backpacking, it's a 30 min walk from the main road. Make sure to follow the Google maps directions for VEHICLE only! We got lost for following the WALKING route.”

“Lo mejor estar en primera línea de playa sin la masificación de Playa del Carmen no de los grandes hoteles. También el buffet que era bueno en las tres comidas aunque se echa en tablas comida mexicana ( solo opción de dos noches a la semana. Muy amable el personal mejicano. Lo peor que como la gestión de la animación la tiene el grupo italiano Bravo, las chicas de animación o hablan ni una palabra de español, los chicos al menos lo intentan. Una falta de respeto al país en mi opinión, pero lo……

“El hotel está perfecto, creo que yo lo único que le podría agregar sería una pequeña alberca (aunque sé que no es tan fácil hacerlo por encontrarse dentro de la reserva); solo hubo un detalle en la última cena ya que el pescado que ofrecían era mero, pero no era el que efectivamente te servían; aún así estaba rico pero sí les sugiero chequen su proveedor porque les está vendiendo gato por liebre”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
