“Great staff. They really take good care of you. Pool area was excellent. Lots of wildlife around the resort. They do a great job clearing the seaweed before you get out to the beach. Food was very good. The only issue we encountered was one morning asking for assistance at the front desk. The girl name “Julie” and wore a “Linkin Park” jacket which I don’t believe that was her real name since she was reluctant to give it seemed burdened. She gave generic answers without trying. “It’s beautiful inside the national park. However this is not a 5 star property. It’s nice, quiet, beach accessible property for a night. The ruins are pretty close by. The shuttle helps you go up and down in the national park. If you want anything party scene, you have to go to the other side of the town. About the experience at the property - few things 1. The service is good 2. The breakfast/coffee basket that they provide is very underwhelming. The milk is given in glass jar and left……

“Our stay here was wonderful. The food was so good. The service was amazing, especially Paula and Isabel. They answered our many questions, took care to make sure we had food when we were out early in the morning and gave us great reccomendations. This place is so beautiful.I would highly recommend it”

“Heaven on earth! The resort is surreal. If you're looking to isolate yourself in nature and be hosted by some of the kindest people in the world. Look no further. The pictures give you an idea, but this is a must see in person. Recommended to rent a vehicle if you have a family or a lot of luggage. If you're backpacking, it's a 30 min walk from the main road. Make sure to follow the Google maps directions for VEHICLE only! We got lost for following the WALKING route.”

“I had an amazing stay at Otonomus! The place was spotless—the cleanliness was truly impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was in excellent condition, well-maintained, and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
