“We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. “The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! “This was a Graduation Summer Vacation trip for our daughter. We absolutely loved the property and the area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the description is that the 2nd full bath is actually up on the rooftop by the mini pool and not in the main house. Lots of room - very comfortable... maybe not for families with small children as the steps to the rooftop are steep but otherwise this is a great property for a small family and very conviently located with lots of walking distance……

“It's accurate as described. Quaint, quiet town with good snorkeling and swimming at your feet and much to please you nearby. We snorkeled a few times and saw rays to the south of the bay, squid, anenome and urchins, plus all the gorgeous tropical fish you expect on Yucatan reefs. Coral to the north side of the bay was more extensive. Water was warm and clear. Some seaweed on the beach meant walks were best done at low tide. Great breezes kept things cool - we never needed the A/C in a hot March……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
