“Nous avons aimé l’endroit, très calme. Malheureusement, impossible d’utiliser la mer car elle est rocheuse. Les chaises dehors et dans la cuisine ne sont as confortables, le divan sans accoudoir ne l’est pas non plus. Nous avons adoré le lit et les oreillers. La piscine est très bien. La petite piscine privée derriere n’est même as nvitante. Condo plus petit que les photos le proposent. ”

“Loved how walkable it was to get to restaurants and we had great services. This was a girls trip and we truly had a great time. The house is very welcoming and the beach is second to none.”

“I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker……

It is right on the beach - it’s not a swimmable beach but the sound of the ocean was very relaxing, and we hung out a lot in the gorgeous pool/patio area. “Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. “This place was amazing!!! I booked this house for a bachelorette party of 9 girls. The space inside was perfect for entertaining, both inside and outside! The layout and vibe definitely make this place stand out! Everything listed is accurate and you cannot go wrong in booking this house for you next vacay! Easy check in! Security guard always on staff - night guard as well! Perfect location to downtown Tulum and just a short 10 ish minute taxi ride down to the ocean and beach clubs!”

“The property was as it looks on pic but it is in the jungle wifi is real bad out there. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
