“Great place to spend a few days in Puerto Morelos ”

“Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and……

“The house was spacious and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It is right on the beach - it’s not a swimmable beach but the sound of the ocean was very relaxing, and we hung out a lot in the gorgeous pool/patio area. The caretakers, Wilbert and Gloria, made us breakfast and dinner a few times and it was always delicious! They were so helpful, keeping the space tidy and offering recommendations if we asked. The property is at the end of an unpaved road with a lot of potholes, so it’s……

“Great space for our family. The house attendant lives right behind the. Son house. They are available to help though we were constantly asking for towels and toilet paper. The house seems it is not rented frequently as there were lots of kinks with the plumbing and kitchen appliances that needed worked out in the first few days. The house has an en-suite bedroom on floor one, on floor two there are two en suite bedrooms (only rooms with a king), and two smaller bedrooms that share a hallway……

“We loved our stay at Mi Casa del Mar. We did arrive a little early and couldn't find someone initially, but not too long later he found us. The property is exactly as pictured, the giant windows and the ocean view are breathtaking. We were there in November and the temperatures were perfect, there are fans in each room and a breeze off the ocean. It was a perfect location for us and 2 kids, though expect about a 5-10 minute walk in either direction for restaurants, the general store, or sandy……

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Shalimar! The space is exactly as the description and pictures show. Three nicely equipped villa's around a giant, multi level pool with a swim up bar. Plenty of shallow space safe for younger children (the youngest member of our party was 3) and deeper areas for the stronger swimmers. Check in was breeze, despite some of our party arriving much later than expected. Richard (concierge) came back to check the entire group in at 11 pm when the last of our group……

“We had a wonderful stay in paradise. The Pictures don’t give it justice. From Stafan, to his staff we felt like kings and queens. I definitely recommend hiring chef Ramiro, he is amazing! We felt very safe and comfortable in the community. Lots do there from shopping, tons of restaurants and you can swim with dolphins! I highly recommend getting a golf cart or two depending on how many in your group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
