“We had an amazing week at the villa! Quite spacious for a group and well equipped. Located in a great part of town, 5 minute drive to everything but far enough away that it's still quiet. Lupita was attentive and quick to respond with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Great space for our family. The house attendant lives right behind the. Son house. They are available to help though we were constantly asking for towels and toilet paper. The house seems it is not rented frequently as there were lots of kinks with the plumbing and kitchen appliances that needed worked out in the first few days. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
