“The hostess Raquel was Kind and she provided us with an upgrade to our room with a kings size bed. she stayed in contact with us and the property was cute. the pool is best at night in the day the hot sun makes it feel like a bathtub other than that everything was spot on. WILL DEFINETLY GO AGAIN!”

“Me gusto mucho el lugar para hospedarnos, muy bien equipadas las habitaciones, su rooftop esta muy lindo, sus instalaciones en el spa igual, ofrecen acceso a sus clases en el gym y el acceso al beach club, lo único malo que nos toco fué que cuando fuimos al beach club no tenían luz y no había mucho que hacer por que igual habia mucho sargazo en la playa, pero el hotel esta perfecto y a un precio muy accesible. definitivamente me volvería hospedar ahíl el personal es muy amable y todo esta muy……

“I had the most wonderful stay at Bloom. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The service was top notch and the receptionists help us with everything. From arranging taxis, helping us to book activities, atvs etc, nothing was too small or too big. The apartment was luxurious. The interior design was impeccable. My two young kids felt like home and were sad to leave. The roof top pool, fire pit, gym and three jacuzzis were great. Great location to main attractions. I don’t tend to leave……

“The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. ”

“Insgesamt eine sehr sehr schöne Anlage. Wir waren im Juni/Juli für 2 Wochen da und hatten die Anlage quasi für uns allein(Nebensaison). An mancher Stelle noch ein wenig Baustelle, aber das stört nicht. Pflegt die Anlage weiterhin so toll, dann bleibt dies ein wundervoller Urlaubsort. Ein großes Lob auch an das tolle und freundliche Team besonders Jonatan und Daniela. Vielen Dank für alles.”

“We had a great stay at Lumina. Concierge Stephanie was very nice and responsible. Need to use whats app to connect with her which is easy but the area doesn’t have reception for data. WiFi works perfect at hotel. ”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
