“Our room needed some maintenence. The tub didn't drain well, the toilet ran quite often. We got put into a handicap room for some reason. The bathroom had lots of extra grabbars, but the tub was slick...we used the pool and our grandson fell several times. I had a hard time just walking as the tiles were very slippery. The breakfast room has signs that say breakfast is until 9:30...however it really ends at 9, and that's a prompt 9, the lights were turned off even though several were just……

“The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Our room and the pool area was clean. Overall a very nice stay but the elevators and the common areas of our floor were not clean. The elevator floors have not been mopped in some time, the doors, hand rails and buttons were not clean. I put my hand on something sticky in the elevator and they smell like urine. Food trash left in the common areas stayed on the floor for days. ”
