“週六入住時說早餐是7-10點，住到星期一的早上去吃早餐時，甚麼都沒有了。我問櫃台，一位老先生擺著一副臭臉說只有周末是7-10點，平常是6-9點，你自己不來關我啥事? 問題是，入住的時候沒說平日跟周末有不同啊!”

“Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good.
