“This was the worst experience that I ever had with Expedia. It took me more than 30mins to just get the door open but it never worked. The residence has 4 rooms that need to share a kitchen and a bathroom. They never mentioned these info in the description. Also, I sent them a message that I could not get the door open and requested for a refund, they said I was stupid and called the police. It was absolutely ridiculous and an insult to me. “Casa con tres habitaciones que se alquilan por separado. No hay atención del dueño. No es un bed and breakfast tradicional. Te dan un código para entrar. “Bridge Hotel is a fairly simple hotel but with comfortable room and quiet neighborhood. Though it may be a bit far from city center of London (around 45 mins by tube), the tube station (Greenford station) is a 15 mins walk from the hotel. “We had a nice stay here over bank holiday weekend, was not very busy though so hard to review what it's like if it's busy. Rooms were very clean, nice bathroom, fan in the room (no AC but not an issue over cool weekend). Gated parking and a 10 minute walk to the station in a safe area (area seems like an industrial estate that's becoming more residential and there is a nearby hospital and highrises, pass 2 restaurants and a pub on the way to the station so doesn't feel unsafe at all). “Very nice new building and nicely appointed rooms in extremely close proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. Great for the price. Only downside was AC not working, so had to ask for a fan (which I got, though wouldn't be ideal in very hot weather), plus I requested a quiet room on a higher floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the lifts!
