Keyling, the front desk attendant, immediately called me letting me know and found a quick solution to get my mom’s phone back to us at the airport! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Auswahl hat mir persönlich immer gut gereicht. Ich habe im Spa eine Massage genossen und habe mich jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Surprise at check in to get an upgrade to a room with a flower garden patio off the bedroom. Staff very attentive and helped us with our bags from the car to the room. Called the day before to book a massage and was fortunate to get an appointment. The massage therapist was excellent for both myself and my daugher.”
