“Tim is very nice and responsive. The place could use some cleaning and upgrades, but it was an overall pleasant experience. ”

“Property was clean. Only issue we had was the two nights we stayed, we had to kill multiple cockroachs. typical New Orleans has no private parking. We had to park in front of the house which is on a very busy street. Host responded to our concerns. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. While the neighborhood may not be the most picturesque it was safe and an easy walk to all the places you want to visit. Our only complaint is the mattress. It’s a pretty thin foam mattress sitting on just bedsprings. This could easily be improved. Other than that it was a great place. Owners very communicative ”

“At first I thought it was sketch but the place turned out typical New Orleans except much better.. The place and host were great. The real jem is the #57 bus,in 15 min and 5 quarters each way pp you can be at the french quarter. I would definitly stay here again.”
