“The check in was easy and were able to get in early since it was vacant the night before. The location was quiet and convenient to get around. Definitely would stay there again!”

Nice shotgun house with original charm and updated amenities. Well supplied with linens and coffee. Location was fantastic within 10 min drive to any NOLA activities. Added security with gates and alarm were comforting. ”

“There’s really no place that’s perfect (well maybe that place in Zermott) but this place was everything I was looking for. I attended the JazzFest and was able to walk to the venue, it’s a little over a mile. Everything in the description is accurate. Great communication. Always getting a response in minutes. Only issue I had was that I could hear the downstairs’ TV in the front bedroom. I don’t think it was too loud. These older homes seem to have thin walls. (Floors) If I go back to JazzFest……
