“It is a nice, unique, boutique, old school hotel. The hotel on-site is quite pricey for what it is ($25 for an egg scramble) but at least they offer free coffee from 7-10am. The rooms were nice but older. I booked an urban suite and it really was not a suite, and hardly bigger. It just had a long hallway upon entering it. I'd stay again if its a really good price, because it's a good location. ”

“Amazing location. They are brand new and, as such, were missing a few amenities such as ice and microwaves. As they are still under construction, it is understandable. They tried to be as helpful as possible and were able to give me ice the first night. We cannot wait to return to San Fran again so we can stay with them. Nice people and a great value!”

“Lovely hotel with great service. Really enjoyed the hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. Rooms are spacious and super comfy. Restaurant is fantastic and the location couldn’t be better. Can walk from the ferry so is super convenient. My only constructive comments would be: 1. Replace the ac units in the room as they are really loud and can’t hear the tv at a normal volume; and 2. Please remove use of plastics, for example, the room has plastic cups wrapped in plastic. Overall……
