“Een nieuw hotel met ruime kamers. heerlijk rustig hij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima ,wel iedere dag hetzelfde . Eenmaal diner gedaan in het hotel. Zeer lekker gegeten. Naar het centrum van ponta delgado is net te ver om iedere avond te wandelen. Een auto is dan wel een must. Al met al een goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te bezichtigen . We hebben genoten van het hotel en het eiland ”

“The Whales Bay hotel is highly recommended. The place was very nice and clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and even got into the jacuzzi for a few minutes. The location is nice also as it is out in a quieter area but still only about 25 minutes t Ponta Delgada. The only thing missing was a nice breakfast.”

“Wir waren als Paar im Senhora da Rosa und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Frühstück war top, das Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool im alten Gewächshaus – einzigartig! Das Personal ist herzlich und professionell. Klare Empfehlung für Paare, die Erholung und Stil suchen.”

“Tolles Feriendomiziel. War alles so wie beschrieben. Leider waren die Fenster der Wohnung und die Scheiben vom Pool schmutzig.. Die Couch hazze Flecken. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Dennoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.”

“One of nicest hotels that i stayed. Originally I booked room with out terrace, but without any problem i was given room with terrace looking over pool area. Food is excellent, breakfast was delightful, great choice of hot and cold food. Restaurant is serving lunch and dinner and choice is good. Rooms are good size with nice bathroom. Overall hotel is in excellent condition,5 minutes from harbour and lot of restaurants in walking distances. Only little thing is there is not enough parking……

“Our stayed was delightful. Staff are very helpful and friendly, location is good if you have a car. A big supermarket is just down the street, also the food at the terrace was pretty good, I had a steak and it was delicious, including cocktails. I will come back here again for sure”
