“The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“It was not easy to reach the hotel, and didn’t receive the check in email in advanced, but if you’ve found the Lisbon wine hotel then you can find the apartment is next to the hotel. It’s easy to reach lots of restaurants, souvenirs shops, metros…etc. The apartment is superb posh as well. ”

“This hotel is in a great location. It's close (can walk) to most major sites and public transportation is nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. Some people mentioned that the square in front of the hotel had a lot of foreign people sitting there and that made them afraid. That's true but my husband and myself never felt afraid - we were never bothered/harrassed. ”
