“Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. ”

“The accommodations were perfect. The unit was newly renovated and beautifully done. The only problem was it snowed very hard when I was there and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities they offer due to being closed for ice on the roads. You pay for the amenities card as part of your booking, but everything was closed and no possibility of ever using the card. I called and asked for a refund for the amenities portion and got some excuse that wasn’t acceptable. I hate it, but I’ll never book……

“Everyone enjoyed it. Plenty of things to do for us all. And plenty of privacy in the home For each group when we were all ready to retreat to our own rooms. Overall each group that came just loved the home and the beautiful scenery around and the limitless options of things to do. Great vacay for my daughter’s graduation celebration 🎉”
