“great owners”

“The location was perfect. You’re literally across the street from the beach. You are less than 20 to 30 feet from the strip of all entertainment. Mr. Mark and Mrs. Kim were amazing, it didn’t matter what time of the night it was ,they were there to accommodate you. The cottage was, small but so cozy and perfect that I wouldn’t have traded it for something else. The only thing is, I would definitely suggest putting a fan in the room, closing the bedroom door for the day that way the room will be……

“The location was spot on and perfect. The other families renting cottages next door were very friendly. Parking was a little chaotic at times but everywhere near the beach is like that! Beds were very comfortable, the old school look and feel was exactly what we wanted. Steven was fantastic to deal with too. Can't wait to go back!”

“Host lives on-site in a cottage facing yours and watches everything you do (the listing does not state this); felt creepy and invasive because you assume you’ll have some privacy or seclusion from host. When we got there, the host Mark told us there was no AC on the property as “the listing states”. I informed him that the listing didn’t state that anywhere. We never would have booked it if we knew there was no AC, as myself and my husband both have health conditions that require air……

“My family and I had a wonderful stay. The host was exceptionally responsive, 10/10, to any and all questions before and during our week's stay, including addressing any concerns and always got back quickly and was highly accommodating. We arrived to a nice welcome gift basket, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. Check in couldn't have been easier. The cottage has plenty of seating inside, including a table-bar facing the windows overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the out-door shower……
