“It was a nice and clean house but the internet went out on our third day and wasn’t fixed and one of the sliding glass doors we couldn’t lock because the deadbolt was completely missing so we had to jam the door so we’d feel it was safer and the neighbors are way closer then we thought they would be other than those things we enjoyed our stay ”

“It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning”

We have visited Portsmouth many times, always staying in the downtown area and taking our leisurely strolls through the South Mill Pond area. “Celebrated my daughter’s sweet sixteen at the beach. This place was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The owner was always available for any questions. Highly recommend!! Would stay at again with my family.”

“This was a great place to stay with family. The bedrooms were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms really helped, especially the 1/2 bath off the front porch which came in handy. Great location, literally less than 5 minute walk. This side of the beach is much less crowded and quieter than by the strip. It was very clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay again. ”

“The house is well appointed and on a quiet street but quite close to all Hampton beach has to offer. The house was clean- except the front load washing machine which has so much black mold on the rubber I couldn’t use it. The bathroom is good sized and the shower pressure is great. Back patio is a gem. Parking if you have two larger vehicles isn’t easy - but that’s standard for a lot of Hampton beach. The master bedroom mattress is super hard, the bunk beds are not sturdy and wobble enough so we……

“We had a lovely time in this cozy house. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the special touch of morning coffee with reusable to go cups left for us by the owner as a welcome gift. we will definitely be back!”
