“I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience……

“Went here to visit museums in DC... Was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary shuttle to the MGM annnndd I was walking distance to Top Golf!!! The lobby of the hotel looks like you're walking into a resort! Beautiful, clean, professional staff and free onsite parking!! This hotel is a WIN in every way! Will definitely stay again! ”

“This property is incredible, the location can’t be beat (request a water view) and the room was very comfortable. We stayed at another property nearby earlier in our trip and although that property is supposed to be “the” place to stay, the Hyatt was honestly more comfortable and a better value. Would highly recommend this property. The only issue we encountered was that the front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly and seemed like she was being bothered by us and by others checking in.
