“The staff at the front desk is excellent. Very friendly during the check-in. She always smiles and tells me the location of the room. Feel happy to receive a Christmas card from the staff. The cups and the electric kettle are clean. I feel safe when using them. Wifi connection is good and stable. There are three electrical sockets in front of the desk. I can charge my phone and laptop at the same time. However, there is still room for improvement. The room is not clean. There was rubbish……

“Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Perfect for a quick stay in Sheffield. Surrounding area is lovely.”

“Lovely friendly place to stay ,staff were amazing and couldnt be more helpful.Only downfall was they did not do food ,we had a busy schedule and had to go out very early for breakfast ,no private parking but could park on street at side of property also no lifts so no good to people who are disabled”

“Lock on the bathroom didn’t work, wifi not great. We stayed in number 19 flat 3. Don’t feel it should be advertised as luxury/deluxe, location really good so would recommend for that. And good value for money, perfect for 1-2 nights 👍 Wife says could’ve done with another mirror for getting ready. ”

“Good living environment but need to walk 20 minutes from Railway Station.”

“Good apartment to stay at. Could occasionally hear the neighbours but nothing distracting. Good cooking equipment but did have to go and buy some stuff in. The cutlery was dirty when first arrived but a quick wash fixed that. Comfortable bed. ”

“Excellent. No other words describedthis hotel. The only issue was the restaurant which they had explained and told us of other local places to eat which was great. Would definitely stay again.”

“For a budget hotel, it is worthwhile. Clean and warm room. Don’t expect too much, no electric kettle, teabags or coffee, table, chairs at room. Small room for putting one luggage suitcase. ”

“For solo traveller like me, the facilities, mostly everything was good. I like the pantry the most and the shared toilets and bathrooms were clean at anytime. This place is quiet. The halal fast food shops, the Muslim friendly shop, even Tesco are just walking distance. ”
