“Location is good. Tram station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel is clean and new, and the vibe is good and young. Breakfast very impressive. Price is reasonable in Florence.”

“Front desk Elia was very friendly helpful, gave us dining tip and hot water boiler. Famous restaurant ZaZa is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient location. The hotel room is very small. 3rd floor u still need to climb about 10 steps which was very tough if u have big luggage. Breakfast is great and it's included which is a big plus for the stay. Door man is also very helpful too. They asked us to sign a waiver of our contact info for receiving info right at the counter and it's in……
