“We love this hotel and always come back not just because they'd go above and beyond for us, but because we feel so relaxed, the beds are comfortable and we can go at our pace. They're not only in our opinion the best holiday Inn in the area, but they are actually the best hotel in the area as they really do go above and beyond for the people who stay with them.”

“The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.”
