“The building is right across from the airport and offers parking and an airport shuttle which would be PERFECT for anyone in town to catch a flight. Check in took awhile, there was a long line when we arrived. One guest service person would help 3-4 guests check in while the other guest service person would get through one and then do other things for a time before taking someone else: they were on their phone, talking with other employees that walked by, disappeared in the back, typing on the……

“This is our 2nd time staying at Hyatt Place and we enjoyed our stay! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating! Upon our arrival, they gave us complementary Prosecco for our Anniversary! Breakfast was good and hot! Pool was not open, but we enjoyed our room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”

“Team members "Rose" and "Pershot" (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were extremely kind and helpful with my situation of needing to get into my room early. Rosie was especially kind. Disliked: 1.) Not enough parking spaces 2.) Although there are primary automatically opening doors at the entrance, both of the secondary non-automatically opening entry doors should have doorstops rather than just one door. It is a struggle for guests with carts to get through one door with a doorstop while……
