“We stayed at the M Hotel, M stands for Millennium, during a holiday weekend. As a result, they were fully booked but guest services were friendly and helpful. Check in time is at 4, which is on the later side of check-in times, but yet rooms were not ready until well after 4:00 which was disappointing.
