“We booked a 3 night stay. The host was wonderful and began communicating with us before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us after check in. If you are looking for a cozy cabin that is off the beaten path with a 20-30 minute commute to Summersville Lake this place is for you. It reminds me of Grandmas house growing up with its rustic mountain charm. ”

To not have a single trashcan liner in the kitchen or a single dish towel was awkward and could be so easy for you to provide. Instructions for the hot tub would have allowed us to use it on our first day. The promise of fresh towels was nice but they were not available. I would have liked to have known laundry was in a different property before booking. ”

“Took a quick get away from Pittsburgh and it was great clean and quiet location we stayed in cabin #1 and had tons of privacy even with 7 other cabins. Great Job”

“Cozy cabin with plenty of sleeping space. Good little beach for fishing if the river is low enough. Easily accessible and has all the necessary amenities. It’s awesome to not need to go somewhere else for breakfast and to have it delivered to your cabin is top tier. ”

“Would definitely stay here again. A beautiful cabin and a great location to everything. Only downside was the decently sized steep hill, but we knew about it before going. I would definitely stay here again! We couldn’t find trash bags for some reason but that’s a small thing so no reason to complain about it.”

“This house was beautiful, quiet, and located in a gated community with access to hiking trails and an amazing bridge overlook. It was perfect for our family. ”

““Out in the country” on small, somewhat challenging roads, yet convenient- only 15 minutes to the New River Gorge Bridge and less than 10 to some popular hiking trailheads. Very clean newer home with everything we needed. Quiet. Good communication with host. Nice welcome manual with tips on restaurants and activities.”

“Very nice cabin, a little dark. Great location for our plans. Couple of issues about which I notified property manager before leaving. During heavy rain there was some leaking around one bedroom window and near light fixture in bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable.”
