“ Our family had the most wonderful weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, every detail and bit of care the staff put into making our stay special was so evident. “The staff was amazing. They do close the pool early each night, which was disappointing. The drinks at the pools side bar were great but they are expensive. $17 each. There is construction, but it didn't bother us, not noisy at all. The pools are super clean and our villa was great. Would definitely return. ”

“The property is very well located on a quieter part of the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The condo buildings on each side are still remodeling from the hurricane so there was more noise from that but much fewer people than I'd imagine are there when all of those are open. There was a strange pump/pipe situation on the beach outside that was noisy at times but again, understandable with the hurricane damage. The room is perfect for one or two people. “Beautiful property. The property has three units or mini houses, all have their own access to the pool, a private sitting/grill area and communal spaces. The access to the water in the back was great for fishing or just relaxing in the morning. A very short walk to the beach and to Main Street. Kitchen was well stocked and the property provided chairs and wagon for the beach. There was a bit of a musty smell, but the there were humidifiers and air purifier to help counteract it. Great……

“Great location!! We loved it so much, we stayed another night!! The AC's worked well in all rooms, everything was very clean as well, will full kitchens. The beds were comfy, and they provided an air mattress for our party of 5 as well. Very nice, accommodating, staff. The elevator shaft was in repair, so we had to use the stairs (5th floor was somewhat rough for some guests), but staff was available to help carry things up.
