“This little cottage was very quaint, perfect for a quick girl's getaway. Situated in close walking distance to Lighthouse Beach, small shops and places to eat. The only two issues we had: We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the living room (it was always on at high speed)There was a sulfur odor in the neighborhood at times, which we found out from neighbors that is a thing in Sanibel. “This darling cottage is in a great location if you love Anna Maria. It is an easy walk to the beach and bay as well as lots of great shopping and restaurants. The living area is super comfortable with lots of recliner choices. The unit is immaculate and the kitchen is well appointed. ”

“Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again……

“We had a great stay here with our three young kids. We loved being able to chose between the pools or the beach and the amenities the resort had to offer. My husband and son especially loved the Topgolf hitting bay, and I enjoyed the food on site and the sauna. The property owner was extremely communicative and very helpful. We highly recommend. ”

“The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. “My husband and I stayed mid-March for 7 days. The weather cooperated and it was sunny and mid-70’s all week! The Ibis cottage was perfect for the two of us and it was far enough away from the commerce area that it was peaceful and quiet. We never ran out of activities and excursions mixed in with beach days. It was very helpful to have the Tradewinds beach available as all the other beaches were challenging to find parking. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. “Great location!! We loved it so much, we stayed another night!! The AC's worked well in all rooms, everything was very clean as well, will full kitchens. The beds were comfy, and they provided an air mattress for our party of 5 as well. Very nice, accommodating, staff. The elevator shaft was in repair, so we had to use the stairs (5th floor was somewhat rough for some guests), but staff was available to help carry things up.
