“Not bad but they never cleaned my room despite being out everyday from 8 AM to 6 PM. Not sure why that is tbh as I saw a lot of cleaning staff. A bunch of hidden costs (parking, fees etc) which is unfortunate considering the price. That said the location and restaurants were amazing ”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. ”
