“I grew up in this area and passed this location often and never considered it. When visiting, I thought I would. There are two things that make this area -- 1) The location -- if you want to get to a lot of things, this puts you in the middle - Sarasota, Bradenton, etc. 2) The small waterfront is super charming -- there are some picnic tables, grab some take out and eat it by the water. “The owners communicated very well, welcomed us with chocolate, gave us fabulous advice for everything we asked about! The pool was heated and the hot tub was warmer. They had bikes with helmets to use to ride to the Naples Beach which is gorgeous! We would definitely recommend this to anyone with two people. We would stay again!”

“Our stay was great. Clean and in a nice location. Lots of “extra” stuff was a nice touch. Beach towels, small cooler, beach bag, snacks, sunscreen. They really go the extra mile. Great communication and fast response time as well. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay on lido key. Our host, Laveda was always responsive to our needs and our guest cottage was perfect for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this listing!”

“My husband and I rented this house and were inspired by its close proximity to downtown Sarasota. The house was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, equipped with everything we needed, including beach furniture that enhanced our experience. We look forward to returning to this special place again.”

“Clean and comfortable place to stay! Proximity to the beach is the best feature! Literally a three minute walk to a beautiful beach that was peaceful and had powdery white sand. We didn’t try it but you could walk a couple miles on the beach and have access to shopping as well. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Owners on the property and very responsive to our needs. We encountered a health crisis at the end of our stay and they were very helpful. Location was excellent. No need to rent a car. Everything within walking distance.”

“Great location!! We loved it so much, we stayed another night!! The AC's worked well in all rooms, everything was very clean as well, will full kitchens. The beds were comfy, and they provided an air mattress for our party of 5 as well. Very nice, accommodating, staff. The elevator shaft was in repair, so we had to use the stairs (5th floor was somewhat rough for some guests), but staff was available to help carry things up. They had beach chairs to use as well, if you werent able to bring your……
