The place is clean and has reasonable amenities, parking was plentiful, and check-in/out process was easy. We didn’t try to use the elevator but since the rooms are on the 3rd floor, that would have made it easier getting our luggage in. Overall a great stay.”

“We arrived and the place was clean and decorated nicely. Very charming. We could hear the people in the next apartment so sound was somewhat of an issue. It was a bit chilly in the kitchen due to no mini split being only in the bedrooms. Kitchen was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”
