They do not offer ice or water in the breakfast area. These are all minor but I am honest in my reviews. Our room was clean. We had requested a premium king room with a couch. The couch has no arm/sides. It was not a comfortable place to relax. We were only there one night passing through but if we had intended several nights and expecting……

“Clearly a labor of love for its creator. A century(?) old building turned into a boutique hotel, coffee shop, work space and meeting place. It a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Springfield. Support the little guys and small businesses like this as well as the other businesses on Commercial St. In Springfield!”

“I was a little skeptical when booking because of the low price of a suite. I mean, we all know the pictures are always way better than in person. I was completely caught off guard when I opened the door to find a beautiful, clean two story room. The two king beds were quite comfortable and did I already mention that it was clean?
